Realme is a relatively new company but quite reputable in the Indian market. It is an Indian start-up established back in May 2018, and it became trendy in a short time.
Currently, after disrupting the smartphone market in India, Realme aims to introduce its first laptop soon.
The Realme Book is believed to make its global debut soon, and before its official launch, many 5K render images have been published via Onleaks.
Here is a video where you can see what the laptop is all about:
The laptop will pack a 14-inch display. The company aims to market it to college students and working professionals, as the device will be slim, compact and easy to carry.
Though the precise display specifications haven’t been made public yet, specialists expect to see a Full HD LED anti-glare display.
The device would come in a 307mm x 229mm x 16mm body, meaning that it will have a smaller form factor than Xiaomi’s Mi Notebook 14.
The precise weight of the device isn’t yet known, but we figure that it will be pretty light, likely under 1.5kg.
The laptop will be available in numerous variants. The processor will likely be from the latest Intel Core i3 and i5 11-the generation of chipsets, with pre-installed Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. Additionally, there will be extra RAM and SSD storage options to choose from.
In terms of connectivity, the device is up to date, featuring 1x USB Type-A slot plus 2 x USB Type-C slots and a 3.5mm headphone Jack.
The power button also works as a Fingerprint Sensor for embedded biometrics.
